Halloween

Here are a few pictures of the little goblins on Halloween. We went around the neighborhood and got way too much candy! Caroline and her friend Cate were Mickey and Minnie... don't they look precious? EmilyKate was "Jane" from New Moon (which is coming very soon by the way... can you tell I am so excited about it?) Wyatt was a Bucs player, Jacob was going to be a football player as well, but had a last minute costume change to be "dark spiderman"! Anabelle was a princess, but we already knew that! It was a beautiful evening to walk around even though Steve was at work.

Storybook parade

The 1st grade class at Wyatt's school had a storybook parade on Friday. They marched around the school with their costumes and storybooks. It was really cute to watch :) After the parade, Wyatt went straight to work. His teacher said he was very studious! I'm sure his daddy was just like that in school... haha!

Creaky Bones Race

We started off the Halloween festivities on Thursday night with the Creaky Bones Race. The kids did the monster dash, Steve did the 5k, and well, I kinda walked around pulling the wagon of "stuff." Anabelle came in 2nd place in her age group, Wyatt and Jacob both finished strong, and Caroline won 1st place in her group! Steve finished at the front of the pack (not sure of place.) It was a beautiful evening to be outside on the St. Pete pier! Even Meme and Pap came out to cheer them on.

Goin' Buggy

The 1st grade program was titled "Goin' Buggy" and as you can tell, Wyatt was a ladybug. He spoke his part loud into the microphone! He said it was fun, but he rather play football. I think he was the cutest little ladybug there!

Matching Swimmers

These silly sisters might fight alot, but they really are great friends! Why else would they want to match for swim practice?

Chilly Morning Swim

This is Caroline in between races at her last swim meet. Floridians do not like the temperature to drop below 80 degrees! This chilly Sunday morning was in the 50's! She did great, but was freezing. She stayed bundled up until it was her time on the pool deck!

Bucs Football

Steve took the boys to their first NFL game! The Bucs vs. the Panthers. They were so excited and dressed in their jerseys. We opted to leave the helmets at home! They sat close to the pirate ship and got alot of beads. They really enjoyed the game and are already asking when they can go again.
